Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in procurement, preferably in service procurement.
• Experience in courier and logistics industry is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of supplier evaluation and selection processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP).
• Proven experience in supplier sourcing, price comparison, bidding, and contract management.
• Familiarity with procurement categories such as leasing services and IT services is an advantage.
• Knowledge or hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting for procurement.
• Strong analytical and cost evaluation skills, including price comparison and cost modeling.
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to handle multiple procurement projects.

Job description:

• Conduct daily service procurement in accordance with the procurement policies, procedures, strategies and operational specifications formulated by the Group, including but not limited to reviewing procurement demands of each department, supplier sourcing, price comparison & bidding, contract signing and execution；

• Major procurement categories cover but are not limited to leasing services (truck rental, passenger car rental, forklift rental, wooden pallet rental) and IT services (broadband, SMS service, SIM cards, office software), etc；

• Manage suppliers, introduce more competitive supplier resources, oversee full-lifecycle supplier management, and maintain and update the supplier database；

• Manage procurement demands, procurement planning and visualized management of procurement projects;

• Maintain and analyze the basic price database

• Conduct price comparison and cost analysis by means of itemized quotations and cost models；

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in procurement, preferably in service procurement

• Experience in the courier and logistics industry is highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of supplier evaluation and selection processes, including RFI, RFQ, and RFP methodologies

• Proven experience in supplier sourcing, price comparison, bidding, and contract management

• Familiarity with procurement categories such as leasing services (e.g., truck, car, forklift, pallet rental) and IT services (e.g., broadband, SMS, SIM cards, office software) is an advantage

• Knowledge or hands-on experience in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to prepare and interpret procurement reports

• Strong analytical and cost evaluation skills, including experience in price comparison and cost modeling

• Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple procurement projects simultaneously

• Excellent stakeholder management, with strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills

• Experience in supplier lifecycle management, including accreditation, performance monitoring, and database management

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with procurement systems/tools is an advantage

• Willing to work on-site in Upper McKinley, Taguig City.
