Job summary

Flash Creative Media Works in Cavite City is hiring a Purchasing Officer for an on-site role. You will compare supplier offers, negotiate contract terms, create purchase orders, track orders, and coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of purchasing experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Creation of Purchase Order
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Review quality of purchased products
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
• Monitoring the pull in and pull out both internal/external (storage & office)
• Monthly inventory in the storage.
• Perform all other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
