Job summary

RELX International in the Philippines, Iloilo, is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage the full procure-to-pay lifecycle and strengthen supplier governance. You will drive cost optimization, contract compliance, and risk management while collaborating with Global Procurement.

Responsibilities include supplier onboarding, bidding governance, and ensuring policy adherence, data confidentiality, and audit-ready documentation to support business continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in supplier management, contract negotiations, RFQ/RFP administration, and P2P processes.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to navigate fast-paced environments with high integrity and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end procurement lifecycle, ensuring policy alignment and budget controls.
• Lead supplier negotiations to optimize cost and manage risk for best-value outcomes.
• Govern annual bidding activities with transparent, audit-ready documentation.
• Oversee supplier onboarding, accreditation, and master data accuracy.
• Support contract governance, monitor terms, SLAs, and renewal milestones.
• Maintain data confidentiality and information security in procurement.
