Job summary

Relx Plc is seeking a Procurement Specialist II to support the full procurement lifecycle, oversee supplier onboarding, and drive cost optimization while ensuring governance and compliance. This role emphasizes transparency, strong internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration across REPH and Global Procurement.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end P2P processes, conducting supplier negotiations, and coordinating annual bidding activities to ensure best-value outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of three years in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in supplier management, contract negotiations, and RFQ/RFP administration.
• End-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including requisition validation, vendor sourcing, competitive quotation evaluation, and purchase execution.
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers to drive cost optimization and manage risks.
• Plan, coordinate, and govern annual bidding activities with transparency and audit-ready documentation.
• Represent REPH in conferences and forums to identify value-adding suppliers and innovations.
