Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing roles.
Proficiency in Oracle or similar ERP systems with advanced data analysis skills.
Extensive experience in contracts and procurement, including importation processes, customs regulations, and legal requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel occasionally as required.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic sourcing goals and implement action items to meet business requirements.
Analyze and manage contracts to optimize terms and ensure compliance.
Facilitate vendor registration, rating, onsite inspection, and evaluation of suppliers.
Source local and foreign suppliers and negotiate contracts.
Develop regular spend reports and identify early trends and potential solutions.
