Our client is seeking a Senior Procurement Lead to drive the full procurement lifecycle for major civil construction and infrastructure projects. You will source contractors, lead tendering, negotiate, and administer contracts while coordinating with engineering, finance, legal, and project teams to ensure compliant procurement delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement or related discipline.
• Significant procurement, tendering, contract administration experience.
• Experience in construction/infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of tendering processes, governance, and contract management.
• Experience negotiating with contractors and suppliers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full procurement lifecycle from sourcing to contract execution.
• Manage tender processes for civil construction and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, finance, legal and project teams to ensure compliant procurement.
• Prepare and issue tender documents and contractor communications.
• Conduct commercial evaluations, cost analysis and negotiations.
• Manage post-award contract administration and variations.
• Identify and mitigate procurement and contractual risks.
• Support budgeting, cost control and financial reporting.
• Maintain supplier accreditation, governance controls and audits.
• Mentor procurement officers and buyers to drive process improvements.
