Job summary

Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a procurement professional to manage the end-to-end Source-to-Pay process for construction and engineering needs.

You will develop strategic sourcing plans and lead bidding, evaluation, and supplier negotiations to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of projects. • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in procurement, construction, engineering, or project-related functions.
• Experience in sourcing construction services, contractors, materials, and/or equipment.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, cost evaluation, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of bidding, sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ERP/procurement system experience is an advantage.
