Qualifications

• Engineer degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical disciplines.
• Licensed engineer preferred.
• Minimum five years in procurement/contract handling.
• Quantity surveying background is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors on cost, quality, lead time and warranties.
• Prepare and endorse POs, JO, change orders and amendments within SLAs/AOR.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and supplier agreements.
