Austal Philippines is seeking a procurement professional to efficiently source goods and services, ensure PR-PO alignment, and manage supplier relations. You will evaluate quotes, coordinate with stakeholders, and track delivery timelines to meet cost, quality, and schedule targets.

The role requires 3–5+ years in procurement/SC, ERP experience (IFS or similar), and strong communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and process discipline.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of any relevant course or degree.
• Effective communication skills, written and spoken.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 3–5+ years in Supply Chain / procurement.
• Experience with ERP systems (IFS or similar).

Aufgaben

• Understand the purchasing process (PR-PO) and assess requisitions for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify suppliers capable of supplying required goods/services and request quotes.
• Assess quotes against requirements and obtain approval to proceed with commercial proposal.
• Update status and delivery timelines in trackers and provide reports as required.
• Expedite late deliveries with suppliers and coordinate with logistics for faster delivery.
• Review and close out processed orders within project lifecycle.
