LHX INLAND SERVICES INC is seeking a Procurement Manager in the Philippines to lead procurement operations, drive cost-saving strategies, and manage supplier relationships. You will oversee PR/PO processing, bidding activities, and contract negotiations to ensure compliance with company policies.

The role requires 8+ years in procurement, strong leadership, and proficiency in SAP Ariba and SAP ECC (MM). A SCM certification is advantageous and exposure to procurement reporting is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in Procurement.
• Strong background in strategic sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of E-Procurement Systems, preferably SAP Ariba and SAP ECC (MM).
• Experience in procurement reporting, performance metrics, and project management.
• Supply Chain Management certification is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Oversee the overall procurement operations and ensure timely processing of Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Lead strategic sourcing, supplier selection, and bidding activities.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and favorable payment and delivery terms.
• Develop cost-saving strategies and annual savings plans.
• Manage supplier accreditation, performance evaluation, and quality monitoring.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
• Monitor procurement performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and approval processes.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the Procurement Team.
• Drive process improvements and implementation of procurement systems.
