Job summary

RTX is seeking a procurement specialist in the Philippines to manage supplier relationships, schedules and purchase orders for a product family. The role ensures on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets, while coordinating replenishment and inventory per MRP.

Collaboration with Finance on payments is required and familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is expected. The position requires 2–5 years in purchasing or supply chain, a related degree, and the ability to work permanent night

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
• Understanding procurement processes and purchase order management.
• Inventory and demand analysis with data reporting experience.
• Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of procurement policies, compliance and internal controls.
• Ability to work under deadlines with strong organization and time management.
• Decision-making and relationship management skills.
• Amenable to work on permanent night shift schedule (9:30 to 6:00am).

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the relationship with a specific supplier within a commodity.
• Directs and manages all schedules and purchase orders for the client account of the product family.
• Ensures product is delivered on time, meets quality standards and at the right cost.
• Support on communicating with supplier on replenishment of QN related items and quantity.
• Creating and maintaining an inventory according to the need of MRP.
• Liaising with Finance team to determine payment status of their respective supplier/s.
