Job summary

RTX is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage supplier relations, scheduling, and purchase orders within Collins Aerospace operations in the PH. The role emphasizes ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and cost targets across assigned commodities.

The candidate will support replenishment planning, maintain MRP-driven inventory, and coordinate with Finance on payment statuses, operating in a night shift from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM, with a focus on compliance and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
• Familiarity with procurement policies, compliance, and internal controls.
• Experience with ERP/ procurement systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the relationship with a specific supplier within a commodity.
• Directs and manages all schedules and purchase orders for the client account of the product family.
• Ensures product is delivered on time, meets quality standards and at the right cost.
• Support on communicating with supplier on replenishment of QN related items and quantity
• Creating and maintaining an inventory according to the need of MRP
• Liaising with Finance team to determine payment status of their respective supplier/s.
