Job summary

RTX in the Philippines is seeking a procurement professional to manage supplier relationships, schedules, and purchase orders for a product family. The role ensures timely delivery, quality, and cost effectiveness in support of MRP-driven inventory needs.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and 2–5 years in procurement or supply chain roles, with knowledge of ERP systems like SAP and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and any other related course
• 2-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
• Procurement and purchasing processes
• Purchase order management
• Inventory and demand analysis
• Data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of procurement policies, compliance, and internal controls.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Organization and time management
• Decision-making and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the relationship with a specific supplier within a commodity.
• Directs and manages all schedules and purchase orders for the client account of the product family.
• Ensures product is delivered on time, meets quality standards and at the right cost.
• Support on communicating with supplier on replenishment of QN related items and quantity
• Creating and maintaining an inventory according to the need of MRP
• Liaising with Finance team to determine payment status of their respective supplier/s.
