Job summary

RTX is seeking a procurement professional to manage supplier relationships, schedules and purchase orders for a key product family. You will ensure on-time delivery, quality compliance and cost control while coordinating with finance on payment statuses.

The role requires 2–5 years in purchasing/procurement, ERP experience (SAP) and a strong eye for data analysis, with a night shift suitable schedule in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, procurement or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing or supply chain.
• Procurement policies, compliance and internal controls knowledge.
• Experience with ERP/procurement systems such as SAP or similar.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of the relationship with a specific supplier within a commodity.
• Directs and manages all schedules and purchase orders for the client account of the product family.
• Ensures product is delivered on time, meets quality standards and at the right cost.
• Support on communicating with supplier on replenishment of QN related items and quantity.
• Creating and maintaining an inventory according to the need of MRP.
• Liaising with Finance team to determine payment status of their respective supplier/s.
