Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement or related field.
2-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.
Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
Knowledge of procurement policies, compliance, and internal controls.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage relationship with a specific supplier within a commodity.
Direct and manage all schedules and purchase orders for the client account of the product family.
Ensure product is delivered on time, meets quality standards and at the right cost.
Communicate with supplier on replenishment of items and quantities.
Create and maintain inventory according to the need of MRP; liaise with Finance on payment status.
