Job summary

• 2-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationship with a specific supplier within a commodity.
• Direct and manage all schedules and purchase orders for the client account of the product family.
• Ensure product is delivered on time, meets quality standards and at the right cost.
• Communicate with supplier on replenishment of items and quantities.
• Create and maintain inventory according to the need of MRP; liaise with Finance on payment status.

• Responsible for all aspects of the relationship with a specific supplier within a commodity.
• Directs and manages all schedules and purchase orders for the client account of the product family.
• Ensures product is delivered on time, meets quality standards and at the right cost.
• Support on communicating with supplier on replenishment of QN related items and quantity
• Creating and maintaining an inventory according to the need of MRP
• Liaising with Finance team to determine payment status of their respective supplier/s.
