Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a Principal Specialist in Supply Chain Management for night shift at our Philippines site. The role focuses on leading supplier negotiations, ensuring FAR/DFARS/ITAR compliance, and managing complex procurement activities across domestic and international suppliers.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years, plus strong SAP procurement tool knowledge and proven cost-analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with DoD procurement/subcontract compliance (FAR/DFARS/ITAR) and terms & conditions negotiations.
• Experience with SAP procurement software tools (PRISM, APEX).
• Purchase order management experience with internal/external contract negotiation.
• Ability to perform price analyses, supplier negotiations, and cost rationale.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier negotiations on price, schedule, and terms & conditions.
• Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, RTX terms, and export/import regulations.
• Review SOWs and develop PIAs/NDAs for suppliers.
• Manage proposal and quotation activities, documentation, and compliance packages.
• Identify, qualify, and perform due diligence on suppliers; seek alternates as needed.
• Conduct cost, price, and best-value analysis to support sourcing decisions.
• Oversee post-award supplier performance in alignment with business unit directives.
• Drive supplier engagement to meet critical program milestones.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) supply chain activities from target definition through entry into service
• Administer complex procurements from domestic and international suppliers.
• Utilize source selection techniques and analyze data for price analyses and negotiations.
• Communicate requirements to suppliers and manage performance to cost/schedule/quality.
