Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• At least 10 years in Project Management, Business Analysis, and QA.
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business processes and improvement initiatives aligned with management goals.
• Implement the OE Framework across mall operations and ensure SOP/documentation standards.
• Drive SLA achievement for standardized processes and maintain dashboards/reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
• Mentor Process Analysts and partner with tenants and corporate teams to drive change.
• Facilitate workshops and present updates to OE Lead and stakeholders.
