Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to design end-to-end engineering, telecommunications, and infrastructure solutions that support growth across outsourcing, fiber optics, and managed services. The role collaborates with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, and Delivery teams to craft winning proposals and compelling business cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Civil, Industrial, Computer Engineering or related)
• Master's Degree or MBA is an advantage
• Proven experience in designing telecommunications, engineering, or infrastructure solutions
• Experience supporting enterprise, telecommunications, utility, government, and large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong background in technical proposal development, bid management, and customer presentations

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and infrastructure needs
• Conduct technical discovery sessions, site assessments, workshops, and solutioning discussions
• Design end-to-end engineering and telecommunications solutions tailored to customer requirements
• Develop network architectures, deployment models, engineering frameworks, and managed service offerings
• Create solution blueprints covering manpower, technology, infrastructure, tools, processes, governance, and service levels
• Recommend innovative engineering and connectivity solutions that improve performance, reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Lead technical solutioning for RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, bids, and customer presentations
• Develop technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), solution documents, and deployment plans
• Present and defend proposed solutions to customer technical teams, management, and executive stakeholders
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to develop accurate costing and pricing models
