Job summary

8x8 International Philippine Branch Office is seeking a Professional Services Associate Engagement Manager to lead pre-sales PS engagements for our enterprise portfolio in Manila. You will translate client requirements into deliverables, collaborate with Sales, and help win new business through credible proposals.

The role requires 1–4 years of selling and delivering consulting services, strong engagement planning, budgeting, and a track record of leading multi-million dollar engagements.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical or business discipline.
• 1–4 years' experience in selling and delivering consulting services with engagements of $250,000+ per quarter.
• Knowledge of Voice, Video, Unified Communications, Contact Center, VoIP, or AI Agents.
• Ability to develop proposals, statements of work, and value propositions for consulting engagements.
• Strong engagement estimation capabilities and pricing.
• Proven ability to sell follow-on services to existing clients.
• 8x8 product experience or competitor knowledge is preferred.
• Background in telecommunications delivery services or project management is strongly preferred (telephony emphasis).

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping, planning, cost estimating, and pricing of PS projects; collaborate on SoWs, goals, and deliverables.
• Build productive relationships with Sales to drive new customer acquisition, upsell, and retention.
• Identify PS opportunities and lead pre-sales planning, bid reviews, and sales proposals.
• Provide accurate monthly forecasts of PS bookings.
• Report on sales pipeline and project portfolio performance and manage admin tasks.
• Provide engagement oversight for the project portfolio.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with client stakeholders and oversee pre-sales deliverables.
• Mentor PS pre- and post-sale delivery consultants.
• Transfer industry, technical, and product knowledge to customers.
• Stay up to date on 8x8 services and competitive offerings.
• Remain informed on telephony-related trends and offerings.
