Job summary

8x8 is seeking a Professional Services Associate Engagement Manager in the Philippines to support pre-sales activities and drive successful engagements. You will work with the sales team to translate customer requirements into deliverables and define project scope, timelines, and budgets.

The role requires 1–4 years selling consulting services, strong proposal writing, and the ability to manage client relationships across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical or business discipline required.
• 1–4 years of selling and delivering consulting services with leadership in engagements >$250k/quarter.
• Experience in Voice, Video, UC, Contact Center, VoIP, and AI agents is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping, planning, cost estimating, and pricing of PS projects with SOW development and risk assessment.
• Build and grow relationships with Sales to support new customers, upsell, and retention.
• Identify opportunities and lead PS pre-sales planning, pricing, bid reviews, and proposals.
