Job Description Portfolio Integration Lead performs a critical enabler role for Globe's IT organization, focusing on strategic demand management and enterprise portfolio orchestration.
He governs the end-to-end flow of demands within the assigned Portfolio, ensuring that demand are prioritized, aligned to supply capacity, and integrated across programs. He facilitates demand-supply alignment conversations, investment trade-off decisions, and ensures cross-program visibility on impacts and interdependencies. The role is central to translating strategic priorities into a coherent, executable portfolio.
Cross-Functional Dependency & Interdependency Management Map the Ecosystem: Construct and maintain the Integrated Portfolio Build Plan/Raadmap, explicitly mapping upstream and downstream capabilities and dependencies across the demands tagged within the portfolio. Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary arbitrator for cross-functional resource constraints and scheduling conflicts between Product, IT, and CX. Governance, Alignment & Communication Prioritization and Investment Reconciler: Facilitates value/risk scoring and rank demands within the portfolio; conducts capacity-envelope and WIP-cap check at demand intake.
Single Source of Truth: Maintains Portfolio Dashboard for reporting to Management. Translate complex technical statuses (IT/Infra) into business-impacting narratives (CX/Product) for the Management. Establish the "Integration Forum": Lead regular cross-functional syncs with Program leads, IT, Product, and Finance to break down silos.
Change Impact Assessment: Evaluate how a scope change in one program ripples across the other 29 programs and baseline architectures. Benefits Realization & Value Tracking KPI/Value Metric Alignment: Ensures that program/project milestones are directly tied to Business/CX outcomes. Financial Gatekeeping: Partner with Finance to ensure cross-program CapEx/OpEx allocations remain optimized and that interdependency delays don't cause unforecasted burn rates.
SKILLS Strong portfolio management skills to orchestrate demand intake, prioritization, and alignment with IT capacity and roadmap commitments Effective facilitation and executive communication skills to lead investment trade-off conversations and influence cross-functional stakeholders Demonstrated ability to map, track, and govern cross-program interdependencies and impacts at the macro portfolio level Deep understanding of Globe’s business objectives to translate strategic priorities into executable IT portfolio decisions Familiarity with telecommunications business domain, EPMO processes, IT systems/technologies, and industry best practices in demand and portfolio management HIRING REQUIREMENTS Work Experience: Must have Project Management Certification and/or Agile Project Management Certification At least 15 to 20 years of professional experience, preferably 5 to 10 years of demonstrated experience in Strategy Management, IT Transformation, Large-Scale Program Management, or Enterprise Portfolio Management Proven track record in demand prioritization, EPMO, and cross-program integration Knowledge and exposure to IT Solutions, Telco Industry, and investment governance frameworks Knowledgeable on process best practices and continuous improvement principles Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field Equal Opportunity Employer Globe’s hiring process promotes equal opportunity to applicants, Any form of discrimination is not tolerated throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including the hiring process such as in posting vacancies, selecting, and interviewing applicants.
