Job summary

Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Integration Lead to drive end-to-end demand governance across the IT portfolio in Taguig.

You will map dependencies, align demand with capacity, and orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between Product, IT, CX, and Finance to deliver strategic outcomes. You will facilitate investment trade-offs, maintain the integrated portfolio plan, and translate complex IT status into business impact narratives for leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have Project Management Certification and/or Agile Project Management Certification.
• 15 to 20 years of professional experience, with 5-10 years in Strategy Management, IT Transformation, Large-Scale Program Management, or Enterprise Portfolio Management.
• Proven track record in demand prioritization, EPMO, and cross-program integration.
• Knowledge of IT solutions, Telecom Industry, and investment governance frameworks.
• Knowledgeable on process improvement principles.

Responsibilities

• Govern end-to-end demand flow within the assigned portfolio and ensure prioritization aligned to capacity.
• Lead cross-functional demand-supply alignment conversations and investment trade-offs.
• Maintain Integrated Portfolio Plan and map dependencies across demands in the portfolio.
• Lead the Integration Forum with Program leads, IT, Product, and Finance to break down silos.
• Translate IT statuses into business-impact narratives for CX/Product leadership.
• Support KPI/value tracking and governance across programs.
