Job summary

WTW is seeking a Project Manager - Analyst in Manila to support planning, governance, and delivery of regional and global initiatives. The role collaborates with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, in-scope project outcomes.

The position combines project management support, business analysis, reporting, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to drive visibility and continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, PMO, project coordination, business analysis, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and lifecycle methodologies.
• Experience working with global or multi-regional teams.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as: Microsoft Project, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in developing project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate activities across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Monitor project timelines and track progress against agreed deliverables.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews.
• Prepare project status reports, steering committee materials, and executive updates.
