Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives across multiple workstreams. You will engage stakeholders, drive delivery, and apply AI-enabled tools to support collaboration and decision-making.

Qualifications

• 12 to 15 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Delivery Management, or a related role.
• Strong experience managing multiple projects, workstreams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality outcomes within committed timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with collaboration and productivity tools.
• Ability to effectively use natural language prompts and modern AI-enabled tools to support project delivery and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the broader organizational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to drive consistency in strategy, execution, and team practices across multiple workstreams.
• Strong coordination, prioritization, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
