Job summary

WTW’s Global Enterprise Technology team seeks a Technical Delivery Manager to lead complex infrastructure and technology projects, bridging strategy, execution, and delivery excellence across geographies.

You will partner with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and vendors to build clear roadmaps, manage risks, and drive delivery with Agile and DevOps practices, including AI-assisted workflows and governance.

This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Qualifications

Ability to deliver large-scale, cross-functional technology projects.
Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies and services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in roadmap development, prioritization, and delivery planning.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks and project tools.
Vendor management and financial oversight experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of global infrastructure and technology projects from initiation through handover.
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules with milestones.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; proactively resolve issues and dependencies.
Drive adoption of Agile, DevOps, and other modern delivery methodologies.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve delivery efficiency through AI-assisted workflows and automation.
Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and external vendors.
Foster cross-functional collaboration across regions and time zones.
Host reviews, retrospectives, updates, and steering sessions to ensure transparency.
Mentor teams to build delivery discipline and accountability.
