The Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between business units and the IT group, ensuring alignment of technology initiatives with organizational goals and strategies. This role manages client relationships, oversees project ideation and initiation, and ensures timely delivery of priority projects and BAU requests.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities are required.
• Self-starter who loves collaborating with team and clients.
• Experience with self-organizing Scrum teams in a scaled agile framework is preferred.
• Ability to align IT plans with business goals and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between business units and IT to align technology initiatives with goals.
