Job summary

Shopee is seeking a detail-oriented Projects Planner to plan and oversee cross-functional initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget. The role emphasizes manpower, pallet, equipment and warehouse consumable planning, and KPI monitoring.

The successful candidate will coordinate with Operations, Subcontractor Management and FP&A teams, travel frequently between Samut Prakan and Ayutthaya to align targets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong numerical thinking skills.
• Great communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Background in e-commerce operations is a plus.
• Able to communicate effectively with related parties to ensure realistic planning figures and timelines are met.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee projects; ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Plan manpower, pallet, equipment and warehouse consumable products.
• Monitor volume accuracy (%), fulfillment rate (%), and other KPIs.
• Develop and execute engagement plans with the Subcontractor Management team.
• Cross-functional coordination with Operations, Subcontractor Management and FP&A teams to ensure smooth process from planning to billing stage.
