Job summary

This role serves as the primary interface with assigned partners, leading joint business planning, negotiations, and performance management while ensuring compliant route-to-market execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with assigned sub-distributors to achieve sales, market share, profitability, and growth objectives
• Lead distributor performance management through business reviews, forecasting, inventory monitoring, and action plans
• Define channel strategies, route-to-market initiatives, and customer coverage plans to maximize growth
• Manage negotiations, contracts, trade investments, and partner governance with policies and regulatory compliance
• Build strategic relationships with sub-distributor leadership and collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities
• Identify growth opportunities and support product launches to strengthen competitive positioning
