Boehringer Ingelheim Philippines is seeking a Key Account Manager, Sub-Distributors (Pets) to drive growth through strategic partnerships, joint business planning, and channel optimization.

You will lead negotiations, align cross-functional teams, and ensure compliant, financially sound execution across the Philippine pet healthcare market. A strong background in distributor management and sales leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Commerce; veterinary/animal science degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of sales/commercial/account management experience, including 3 years in distributor/channel partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of distributor management, route-to-market, forecasting, and commercial execution.
• Proven track record achieving sales targets and managing strategic partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration in a matrix organization.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with sub-distributors to meet sales, market share, profitability, and growth objectives.
• Lead distributor performance reviews through business reviews, forecasting, inventory monitoring, and corrective actions.
• Define channel strategies, route-to-market initiatives, and customer coverage plans to maximize growth opportunities.
• Manage commercial negotiations, contracts, trade investments, and partner governance while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong strategic relationships with sub-distributor leadership and collaborate cross-functionally to align business priorities and deliver commercial outcomes.
• Drive market intelligence, identify growth opportunities and risks, and support product launches and business development initiatives to strengthen competitive positioning.
