Job summary

MicroSourcing, based in Cebu, is seeking a People Business Partner Officer to align people strategies with business goals within a matrix structure. The role drives organizational effectiveness by partnering with operational leaders and leveraging People Strategy and Shared Services support.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in HR generalist/HRBP roles, strong stakeholder management, and a solid grasp of labor laws, change management, and strategic HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years in an HR generalist or HR business partner role in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a matrix reporting structure is highly desirable.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder influence skills.
