Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior People Business Partner Officer to advise business leaders on people practices aligned with operational goals. You will serve as the primary People partner for assigned units within a matrix structure, translating strategy into actionable people initiatives.

Key duties include workforce planning, workforce design, and leveraging HR data to drive organizational effectiveness, performance, and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• At least 5 years in HR Generalist or HRBP roles, preferably in a fast-paced/matrix environment.
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of HR practices.
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in a matrix reporting structure is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage change and drive organizational effectiveness.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders and translate business strategy into people initiatives.
• Serve as the primary People partner for assigned business units within a matrix structure.
• Develop understanding of business goals, KPIs, and translate priorities into people strategies.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent gaps, and succession needs.
• Support organizational design and restructuring to improve team effectiveness.
• Use HR data to provide insights and evidence-based recommendations.
