Job summary

Pfizer, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Lead People Experience (PX) to partner with the Commercial Leadership Team and enabling functions. The role handles unionized workforce matters, governance, and complex employee relations with commercial acumen and disciplined execution across the lifecycle.

The PX Lead will shape talent, culture, and leadership capability, drive organizational effectiveness, and ensure fair, bias-free processes while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior HRBP or PX Leader supporting business leadership teams.
• Deep expertise in employee relations, investigations, disciplinary processes.
• Experience supporting a unionized workforce and managing high-risk labor matters.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor practices.
• Talent management, performance management, succession planning, leadership advisory, organization effectiveness, and change management.
• Ability to influence without authority, remain objective under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; review of sensitive documentation.
• Strong planning, process management, and execution skills.
• Experience in matrixed or regional organizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial and enabling-function leaders to align people strategies with business growth.
• Lead investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and due process with neutrality.
• Oversee union engagement, labor relations, and risk mitigation.
• Governance, risk management, escalation, and audit readiness.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Advise on organization design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Drive culture, engagement, and colleague experience aligned with Pfizer values.
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution and governance.
