Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• 0-3 years of experience in human resources; HR Business Partnering experience preferred
• Outstanding social skills – optimally communicate ideas to internal and external partners of various backgrounds and levels
• Collaboration skills – effectively work with others of diverse roles, levels, and backgrounds
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence the business
• Demonstrated strength in bringing technology into solution design and implementation
• Excellent operational skills – able to plan, coordinate, and execute vital activities to deliver on business needs, with proven attention to detail and data accuracy

Responsibilities

• Strategically align HR efforts to specific business needs, including organization assessment and design, team effectiveness, People issues, and trends that contribute to growth and competitiveness of the business.
• Assist in building cultures that value trust, employee engagement, innovation, leadership effectiveness, and workforce productivity.
• Coach and develop leaders to deliver people management capabilities, provide organizational insights to make high-quality decisions, and mitigate operational risk and HR process/ER compliance.
• Partner with practices and HR shared services to implement effective, business-oriented solutions that meet specific business and Line Leader challenges.
