Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Payroll Specialist in the Philippines to manage end-to-end payroll for all employees. You will compute salaries, overtime, holiday pay, and other earnings, while handling government contributions and deductions such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and taxes.

You will ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, prepare payroll reports, and maintain master data in the HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees.
• Compute salaries, overtime, holiday pay, night differential, commissions, allowances, incentives, and other payroll-related earnings.
• Process mandatory government contributions, loans, and deductions, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and withholding tax.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations affecting payroll.Prepare payroll reports, journals, and supporting documentation for Finance and Management.
• Reconcile payroll data and investigate payroll discrepancies to ensure accuracy.Maintain and update employee payroll records and master data in the HRIS or payroll system.
• Process final pay, separation pay, tax clearance, and other offboarding payroll requirements.
• Generate and distribute payslips while ensuring confidentiality of employee information.Respond promptly to employee payroll inquiries and resolve payroll-related concerns.
