Job summary

CHAMP Cargosystems is seeking a Payroll & Financial Data Analyst to join their team in a hybrid setup in the Manila area. The contract runs for 6 months, focusing on high-volume data processing, payroll calculations under Philippine rules, and process optimization.

Candidate will handle timecard data, statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), DOLE premium rates, and DOLE/company calculation logic with strict adherence to SOPs and data privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on payroll experience in the Philippines.
• Experience with BIR Form 1601-C and DOLE rules.
• Strong Excel skills: XLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH, SUMIFS.
• Commitment to data privacy (DPA).

Responsibilities

• Process timecard, overtime, and leave data into Excel master sheets.
• Compute payroll using SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG and BIR tax rules.
• Perform pre- and post-payroll audits and create validation checks.
• Optimize Excel templates to speed future cycles.
