Job summary

Power Mac Center is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and manpower agency billing. The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant HR operations and leads the Compensation, Benefits & Payroll team.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations, plus 3+ years of people management, with strong analytical and Excel/HRIS skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
• 3+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• Hands-on payroll processing and manpower agency billing/reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including salary, incentives, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions.
• Manage compensation and benefits administration and employee concerns.
• Review and validate manpower agency billing, invoices, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Operations, and agencies to resolve payroll and billing discrepancies.
• Monitor payroll and manpower costs and prepare management reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Lead and support the Compensation, Benefits & Payroll team.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
