Cashko Insurance Brokerage Corp. is looking for an exceptional individual to build and close partnerships in the microfinance ecosystem. Your role will involve engaging with rural banks, MFIs, and cooperatives to expand financial inclusion.

We value strong communication skills and proficiency in negotiation, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance. The position offers free HMO and dental benefits upon hire, plus continuous training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, microfinance, insurance distribution, or B2B sales.
• Experience with rural banks, MFIs, or remittance networks preferred.
• Strong understanding of microinsurance products and distribution economics.

Responsabilités

• Identify and close partnerships with financial service providers.
• Conduct market scans and prioritize target partners.
• Structure commercial terms and prepare proposals.
• Coordinate end-to-end partner onboarding.
• Define partner KPIs and run regular business reviews.
