Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end relationships with partner banks for IDEAL’s mortgage aggregator operations
• Lead onboarding, requirements gathering, documentation, and operational alignment with banks
• Identify opportunities to grow collaboration, campaigns, and product adoption with bank partners
• Monitor pipelines and improve turnaround times, documentation workflows, and customer experience
• Maintain CRM records (Hubspot) and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
