Job summary

EastWest Banking Corporation invites you to join our Consumer Lending team in Bacolod as an Account Officer. You will build partnerships with EastWest Stores to grow consumer loan products including auto loans, credit cards and personal loans.

You will drive sales programs, manage Store Sales Officers, ensure timely processing of applications, and help achieve our net income targets through strong pipeline development and strategic relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Sales, Marketing, or financial institution.
• Self-starter with strong sales background.
• Customer-centric with strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Able to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategic alliances and optimize relationships with EastWest Stores to grow Consumer Loan Businesses.
• Conduct sales acquisition programs in partnership with Stores to strengthen their role as a major acquisition channel.
• Formulate and execute sales and acquisition strategies that contribute to achieving the Banks Net Income targets.
• Oversee development, monitor performance, and track productivity of Store Sales Officers.
• Launch and implement sales acquisition activities in coordination with Stores.
• Coordinate with Stores and other internal units to ensure applications are processed within agreed TAT.
• Build strong Store relationships through regular visitations, sales clinics, and sales rallies to reinforce sales strategies.
