Qoala is seeking a proactive Digital Partnerships Associate Manager to support the development and execution of our partnership strategies. You will identify new partners across eCommerce, travel, and financial services, and help drive distribution and revenue goals.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will manage partner relationships, structure proposals, monitor performance, and report insights to leadership to optimize collaboration and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales support.
• At least 2 years in partnerships, business development, or sales support roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsabilités

• Identify and onboard new partners across eCommerce, travel, and financial services.
• Support partnership strategies and align with business objectives.
• Structure proposals and contribute to negotiations; manage partner relationships.
• Coordinate with Product, Tech, and Operations for implementation.
• Monitor KPIs and report insights to leadership; drive revenue outcomes.
