Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a Partner Sourcing professional to identify new suppliers and partnerships in the Philippines, and to conduct due diligence on supplier viability to support portfolio innovation.

You will participate in negotiations, draft commercial agreements, manage alliances, and coordinate with internal teams to meet product and regulatory requirements, while maintaining the Partnerships Database.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate commercial and technical feasibility.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across markets.
• Proactive, resourceful and detail-oriented approach.
• Sourcing, procurement or partnerships experience is a plus.

• Identify new suppliers, products and partnership opportunities.

Role Overview

Partner Sourcing

• Proactively identifies new suppliers, products, and partnership opportunities in support of the company's portfolio innovation plans.
• Conducts due diligence to ensure supplier viability, covering supply chain reliability, regulatory compliance, technical feasibility, and commercial feasibility.

Negotiation

• Participates in and assists with commercial negotiations with identified partners.
• Prepares and drafts commercial agreements to formalize partnership terms.
• Alliance Management
• Assists in managing and strengthening relationships with new and existing partners.
• Supports the continuity of existing products by assisting in the management and resolution of product or supplier performance issues.

Project Management

• Facilitates communication and technical exchanges between internal teams and external partners to fulfill product and regulatory requirements.
• Ensures adherence to project timelines set and aligned with the Innovation Team.
• Assists in managing and updating the Partnerships Database for the assigned segment.

Candidate Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate commercial and technical feasibility
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across multiple markets
• Highly proactive, resourceful and detail-oriented
• Experience in sourcing, procurement, partnerships or related roles is a plus
