Must have minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic procurement, preferably within an international environment.
Experience with SAP, a similar ERP or eSourcing (Coupa) system is an advantage.
Fluent in business English andexcellent language proficiency in Mandarin.
Good understanding of commercial contracts, purchasing terms, compliance requirements and supplier risk management.
Proven ability to independently structure and manage sourcing projects in an evolving international environment.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Develop and implement category strategies in close coordination with internal stakeholders.
Conduct market analyses and identify trends and risks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal customers.
Select and evaluate suppliers based on qualitative and quantitative criteria.
Define and implement measures to support supplier development and continuous improvement.
Prepare for and lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and contracts.
Support compliance with contractual terms and delivery agreements.
Track and report cost-saving initiatives.
Identify savings opportunities and implement cost-reduction measures.
Prepare and monitor budget and cost analyses.
Analyze and manage supply chain risks.
Coordinate and contribute to business case analyses and make-or-buy decisions.
Work closely with internal requesters, Legal, and other departments.
Participate in and contribute to cross-functional projects and teams.
Prepare reports and present results to divisional and executive management.
Implement and comply with the requirements of the safety manual.
Implement and comply with the requirements of the employee handbook.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
