Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. (SG) is seeking a strategic partnerships professional to evaluate, structure, and drive new university collaborations, commercial deals, and regional initiatives.

You will work directly with senior leadership and coordinate input from Legal, Finance, Academic, Operations, and Marketing. The role involves building financial models, conducting market research, and preparing Board-level materials to enable decision-making at the top of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to assess new partnerships, initiatives, and projects
• Run feasibility, scenario, and sensitivity analysis on revenue, cost, and ROI
• Prepare business cases and operating models for new partnerships and regional initiatives
• Conduct benchmarking and market research to support proposals
• Translate analysis into clear recommendations for senior management
• Review commercial contract drafts — financial terms, obligations, timelines, risks
• Coordinate input from Legal, Finance, Academic, Operations, and Marketing
• Track milestones, dependencies, and open items across partnership deals
• Prepare proposals, management papers, and Board-level materials
• Consolidate cross-functional inputs into clear, decision-ready reports
