Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned sourcing professional to lead end-to-end technology sourcing engagements in the Philippines. You will develop strategies, negotiate with suppliers, build business cases, and drive contracts to execution, partnering with client stakeholders and internal teams to deliver measurable value.

You will develop category plans, nurture senior relationships, and contribute to governance, reporting, and thought leadership across sourcing programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, supply chain, or technology sourcing.
• Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Exposure to global or international clients is a plus.

About the role

Lead end-to-end technology sourcing engagements, including strategy development, supplier negotiations, business case preparation, award recommendations, and contract execution. Partner with client stakeholders, suppliers, and internal advisory teams to identify sourcing opportunities, develop category plans, and deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market intelligence, supplier research, financial analysis, and commercial assessments to support client decision-making
• Develop and execute category strategies that align with client business objectives and procurement transformation goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and support strategic account growth initiatives
• Provide insights on technology industry trends, supplier landscape, sourcing strategies, contracting approaches, and negotiation best practices
• Support business development activities including due diligence assessments, client presentations, and proposal development
• Mentor and guide sourcing professionals in strategic sourcing methodologies and category management best practices
• Drive governance, project allocation, value tracking, and reporting across sourcing programs and advisory initiatives
• Contribute to the development of thought leadership, market insights, and knowledge-sharing content within the organization

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experiencein Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Supply Chain, or Technology Sourcing.
• Experience in supplier negotiations, contracting, and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Exposure to global or international clients is preferred but not required.
