Job summary

Qualfon Philippines is seeking a Partnerships and Advocacy Lead to drive strategic collaborations with industry groups, LGUs, and academic partners. You will guide external engagement and advocate for organizational priorities with high integrity and discretion.

The role requires 5+ years in partnership management, strong leadership, and flexibility to travel for regional engagements. Expect cross-functional collaboration and budget oversight with a focus on governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Administration/Relations, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in partnership management, stakeholder engagement, public affairs, or advocacy.
• Proven track record of managing teams and directing multi-stakeholder projects.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for regional/national external engagements.
• Flexibility to work outside core hours to accommodate stakeholder availability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor industry trends, policy issues, and collaboration opportunities.
• Coordinate across departments to align external initiatives with capabilities.
• Lead external representation in meetings, forums, and advocacy platforms.
• Prepare reports, policy insights, and strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Manage department budget forecasting and resource allocation.
• Travel occasionally to attend off-site forums and partnership meetings.
