Job summary

Passerelles Numeriques Philippines is seeking an External Relations Manager to grow funding prospects and manage partnerships with IT companies, NGOs, and LGUs. You will report to the Country Director and help mobilize resources for PNPh programs and student opportunities.

The role requires strong English communication, donor reporting, and leadership of a small team, with a focus on sustainable engagement and impact across the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years fundraising experience in NGO or corporate citizenship roles.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Experience networking with local and international companies/organizations.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships and donor relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual partnership development plan with the Country Director.
• Maintain and expand a network of local partnerships with IT companies, NGOs, LGUs and foundations.
• Prepare and submit fundraising proposals and reports to donors on a timely basis.
• Coordinate alumni engagement and fundraising campaigns with PNPh Alumni network.
• Manage reporting, budgets, and donor relations to ensure compliance and impact.
• Lead the Partnerships & Resource Mobilization Officer and Communications Coordination in coordination with HR.
