Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in partnership management or public affairs.
• Proven leadership in directing multi-stakeholder projects.
• Willingness to travel regionally/nationally and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor industry trends, public policy issues, and collaboration opportunities.
• Coordinate across internal departments to align external initiatives with capabilities.
• Act as primary organizational representative in external meetings and advocacy platforms.
• Exercise discretion and professionalism with sensitive stakeholder relationships and data.
• Travel occasionally for external engagements and partnership meetings.
• Lead, mentor, and guide team members to deliver engagement programs.
• Prepare reports, policy insights, and strategic recommendations for the Head of External Relations.
• Manage department budget forecasting and resource allocation.
