Job summary

Google Inc. is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to drive advertiser acquisition, business growth, and product adoption through channel partners, helping SMBs scale with Google Ads.

You will lead cross-functional GTM, Product, and BD efforts to align partners with One-Google objectives, and you will advise on integrations to accelerate new advertiser adoption.

Fluency in English and Korean is required to communicate with local stakeholders and global teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, product management, or tech consulting.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
• Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently.

Responsibilities

• Drive advertiser acquisition, business growth, and product adoption through channel partners.
• Lead cross-functional (e.g., Go-To-Market (GTM), Product, Business Development (BD)) and cross-product area efforts toward common partnership objectives.
• Advise partners on how to integrate with Google Ads and execute GTM plans to drive new advertiser adoption.
• Forecast and report ad spend and other key metrics. Lead ad-hoc projects focused on the strategic growth of the program.
• Speak at relevant external events as an advocate for Google.
