Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in business development, channel and partner development, partner management or management consulting.
Experience structuring, negotiating, and managing partnership agreements involving OTT subscription services, telco distribution agreements, or media agreements.
Experience developing and managing relationships with external partners, C-level executives, and internal cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

Lead negotiations and structure complex agreements for YouTube across multiple lines of business, including first-of-a-kind partnerships and new markets.
Oversee all aspects of business development and partnerships management, including sourcing, evaluating, drafting and negotiating agreements internally and externally.
Serve as the main day-to-day point of contact for a variety of top partners, executing growth initiatives and securing seamless operational flow.
Navigate cross-functional complexity across YouTube and Google to ensure strong execution of agreements and initiatives, representing our partners and our region.
Analyze data, understand partnership effectiveness, and seek ways to optimize growth, influencing the broader partnerships team with key learnings and strategies for future programs.
